Ayurveda

Now has many doctors who are interested to try holistic medicine, a form that involves the condition of the body, mental, social, environmental and even spiritual dimensions that will reveal the factors that trigger the disease. A good and balanced nutrition and regular exercise is important for holistic medicine. But the emotional and spiritual stability should also be noted that optimal conditions will be created. Ayurveda originated in India and has spread to Egypt, Greece, Middle East and Rome. In 700 BC, scientists from mainland China have been studying Ayurveda in India. The Buddhist monks have also introduced Ayurvedic medicine to various countries such as Tibet, Burma, China and Japan. And herbal medicines derived from the Chinese mainland and are so well known today, is also part of Ayurvedic health concept.
